This site is provided for general information about Evolvtech, LLC and its services. Content may change without notice, and we do not guarantee that every detail is current at all times.

The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional telephone number, an optional website URL, an optional service, and whatever you tell us about your project, so that we can reply and prepare a quote. How we handle that information is described in our privacy policy.

Estimates and quotes

Any pricing ranges shown are typical planning figures, not binding quotes. Every project is individualized, and you receive a written estimate before any paid work begins.

Refund terms for contributions and for invoices or payment links sent after a quote are set out in our refund policy.

Professional-services scope

International business setup coordination is business support and project coordination only. Evolvtech is not a law firm, tax adviser, accounting firm, immigration adviser, bank, or regulated financial institution, and does not guarantee registrations, approvals, or timelines. Regulated services are provided by independent licensed professionals.

Contributions

This website does not take card payments and does not offer a public contribution or donation link. Fees for agreed professional services are invoiced after a quote.

Any contribution already received was voluntary support for Evolvtech, LLC. It is not a charitable donation, is not tax-deductible, and does not create a client relationship. No tax receipt is issued.

Refund rules for contributions already received, and for client invoices or payment links sent after a quote, are set out in our refund policy. Email info@evolvtech.org to report a payment made in error.

Intellectual property

The Evolvtech name, logo, and site content are owned by Evolvtech, LLC or used with permission. Client logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Evolvtech, LLC excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Engagement-specific liability terms apply to paid work under the relevant agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections that applicable law gives you and that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement. Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes concerning use of this website are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Delaware.
