Estimates and quotes

Any pricing ranges shown are typical planning figures, not binding quotes. Every project is individualized, and you receive a written estimate before any paid work begins.

Professional-services scope

International business setup coordination is business support and project coordination only. Evolvtech is not a law firm, tax adviser, accounting firm, immigration adviser, bank, or regulated financial institution, and does not guarantee registrations, approvals, or timelines. Regulated services are provided by independent licensed professionals.

Contributions

The payment link on this site is for people who want to support Evolvtech, LLC. It is not a charitable donation and is not tax-deductible. No tax receipt is issued.

Contributions are voluntary. They support our operations, including unpaid work we take on for startups and nonprofits. They are not payment for a specific project, and they do not create a client relationship.

Contributions are generally non-refundable, except where a payment was made in error or where a refund is required by applicable law, payment-network rules, or the terms governing the payment transaction. Email info@evolvtech.org to report a payment made in error.

Intellectual property

The Evolvtech name, logo, and site content are owned by Evolvtech, LLC or used with permission. Client logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Evolvtech, LLC excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Engagement-specific liability terms apply to paid work under the relevant agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections that applicable law gives you and that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement. Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes concerning use of this website are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Delaware.
