What we store in your browser, and your choice

What is always on

These are needed for the site to work and cannot be switched off. None of them track you across other websites.

• Your cookie choice. Stored in a first-party cookie named evolvtech_consent so we do not ask again on every page. It contains only your consent choice and the date associated with that choice.
• Spam protection on the contact form. When you open the page with our contact form, hCaptcha runs a check to stop automated submissions. It processes your IP address and interaction with the challenge. Without appropriate anti-spam protection, automated submissions could interfere with the reliable operation of the form. It is only loaded on the page that has the form.

The contribution button opens Stripe's checkout page. Stripe may set its own cookies there to take the payment. Those are Stripe's, not this site's, and they are not controlled by the choice on this page.

What is optional

• Google Analytics. Off until you accept. It counts visits and shows which pages people find useful, using cookies set by Google. We do not use it for advertising, and advertising features are switched off. Decline and the site behaves identically.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We do not load web fonts from third parties. Our fonts are served from this site, so no request is made to Google to display text.
